1. Caleb Williams, USC

He's got it all. Arm talent, processing, out-of-system survivability and playmaking prowess. Does it all transfer to the NFL? It is likely, but not certain. There is no perfect prospect, but he can be a franchise quarterback in the right surroundings if he can dial back his turnover streak and learn to play with more hierarchical goals rather than pursuing the hero ball. The concern is… will he have the support and the coaching at the next level to reach his potential? He is separated from the rest of this class by a fair margin.
