Walking into Whitney-Hancock Stadium on Tuesday morning, the tension was palpable. The players wanted to get going, and you could feel the anticipation of practice everywhere. Watching these players up close is always a privilege, and day one is full of learning for the players and the onlookers. Learning names, numbers, and playing styles is all part of the experience, and some surprises always come along.
