NFL Draft Shot Standouts: Hits and Misses
Who made their franchise better and who set themselves back?
Home Run Hitters
Chicago Bears
You have to give credit to Ryan Poles in this draft cycle. The pressure of the number one pick often can lead to poor decisions, but he was able to steer the ship right down the middle. While the first pick was easy, as Caleb Williams was the clear prospect to build around, it took a steady hand after pick one. Patience to watch two of the top three wide receivers go off the board shows that Poles is maturing on the job already. It paid off in the form of Rome Odunze.
